Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Accurately scan and track inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and follow FIFO inventory protocols
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/material handling experience required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
