Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits with 99.9% accuracy
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments using WMS systems
- Maintain organized staging areas for order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deadline compliance
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
