Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload materials from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Operate warehouse equipment including reach trucks and order pickers
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies
- Organize and optimize warehouse storage space
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
