Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand, forklift, or pallet jack to and from storage and production areas.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to safety standards.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and adheres to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification (training provided).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Commitment to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
