Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records via scanning systems and physical counts
- Organize stock in designated warehouse zones for optimal accessibility
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
