Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies to ensure quality control.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Assist in organizing and optimizing storage spaces to maximize warehouse efficiency and retrieval speed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred (1+ years).
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and exceptional attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
