Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated storage areas according to safety protocols.
- Prepare and package products for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist with periodic inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Forklift certification is a strong plus but not mandatory (on-the-job training available).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
