Responsibilities
- Safely move, store, and distribute materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect and prepare shipments for outbound delivery
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking purposes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in cold storage environments when needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
