Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts, stock organization, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning and inventory purposes.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced warehouse operations.
