Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing OSHA regulations and conducting safety audits.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule shipments and manage inbound/outbound freight.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Manage and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Willingness to undergo paid training programs.
