Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials throughout the facility
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; process paperwork meticulously
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas following FIFO protocols
- Prepare outbound shipments by packing, labeling, and documenting orders
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail with ability to read shipping documents
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
