Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, stock audits, and system updates.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and free of hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline workflows and resolve logistical bottlenecks effectively.
- Load and unload freight trucks safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments for domestic and international distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is highly desirable.
- Ability to obtain or possess a valid Forklift Operator certification.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (experience with warehouse management systems is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
