Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and proper handling.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Verify counts and labels against purchase orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and safety standards.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (CDL Class A/B not required but a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
