Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Stock Organization: Locate, pick, pack, and stage products for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Shipment Preparation: Label, wrap, and secure pallets for transport, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and paperwork regarding stock levels and order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment preferred.
- Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and math skills; strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
