Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming freight to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
