Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure timely processing.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Prepare and package merchandise for shipment, ensuring all labels and barcodes are correct.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
