Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory counts and locations.
- Package and prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in cycle counts and stock replenishment to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus.
- Valid forklift certification (we provide training if needed).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
