Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks using proper equipment and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Certification for forklift operation is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
