Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring cargo safety.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and stock checks.
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse zones to optimize workflow.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline daily operations and meet production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
