Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Organize warehouse inventory, maintain accurate stock levels, and participate in cycle counts.
- Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory status.
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipping, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment and reporting any maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate forklifts or reach trucks (forklift certification required or willing to obtain).
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management software.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
