Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Stage: Accurately retrieve items from the warehouse and prepare them for shipment according to customer orders.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging is secure and presentable.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanners to move materials efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles organized to maximize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and bend, twist, and reach.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team.
- Certification: Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
