Responsibilities
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload goods from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring cargo integrity.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory using RF scanners to maintain stock accuracy.
- Temperature Control: Monitor and adhere to strict temperature regulations within the freezer and refrigerated storage units.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine visual inspections of warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse floor to prevent accidents and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a cold environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is highly preferred.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
