Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in the receiving process, inspecting incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable) or willingness to obtain one.
