Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to loading docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and store incoming shipments to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and comply with safety regulations (OSHA standards).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished goods for distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification is a plus).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
