Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
- Update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and timely.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize storage layouts and improve workflow efficiency.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices to process shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus, but not required (we provide on-the-job training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
