Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (e.g., order pickers, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against packing slips.
- Manage inventory levels by performing cycle counts and maintaining accurate digital records.
- Package, label, and prepare products for domestic and international shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S principles.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse layouts and workflow processes.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school certification in logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is strongly preferred; on-the-job training available.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and reliability.
