Responsibilities
- Move, scan, and prepare packages for shipment using scanners and conveyors.
- Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain, as needed.
- Meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and other associates to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Willingness to cross-train in different areas of the fulfillment center.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
