Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors) to move materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment daily, reporting maintenance needs promptly
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Follow FIFO protocols and maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Certification in forklift operation (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
