Responsibilities
- Operate powered material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) with provided training and certification
- Load/unload shipments accurately and efficiently while maintaining inventory documentation
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse zones following FIFO protocols
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials to meet company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to all safety regulations
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
