Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse logistics to optimize storage efficiency
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide real-time shipment status updates to stakeholders
- Negotiate rates and contracts with freight forwarders and transportation providers
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations (DOT, IATA, customs)
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet delivery timelines
- Utilize logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order processing and tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (CSCP, CLTD, or CSCP preferred)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
