Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Collaborate with international partners to resolve shipping delays and compliance issues
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with TSA, FDA, and international shipping regulations

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in supply chain management or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or TMS systems)
- Certification in Customs Brokerage or International Trade (CIT) preferred
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and export documentation requirements
