- Collaborate with sales and production teams on order fulfillment
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations
- Generate shipping reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in supply chain preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
