Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes across air, sea, and ground freight
- Optimize logistics routes and carrier partnerships to reduce costs by 15%
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for international shipments
- Track shipments in real-time using our proprietary TMS platform
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Analyze shipping KPIs and implement process improvements
- Maintain relationships with 3PL partners and carriers
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination role
- Expert knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Proficiency with TMS software (Oracle, Manhattan, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- OSHA and FMCSA certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
