Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in the packing and shipping process, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce turnaround times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Certified forklift operator license (we provide training if you don't have one).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
