Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and stock audits.
- Package and prepare shipments for distribution, ensuring proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory needs and issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Valid Forklift Operator certification (CDL Class A/B is a plus).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
