Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, order pickers) safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against packing slips.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Perform general warehouse duties including loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
