Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to OSHA safety standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and locations.
- Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits as directed by management.
- Package and prepare items for shipping, including labeling and weighing.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow issues and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license (Class 3) preferred.
