Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and documentation.
- Organize and stack merchandise to ensure efficient warehouse flow and safety.
- Perform daily inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials.
- Assist in cycle counts and stock reconciliation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory (training available).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
