Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management, cycle counts, and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A/B) is a significant advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
