Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with precision.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using various carriers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and audits.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding stock levels and logistics issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification is a plus (training available if unlicensed).
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
