Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Material Organization: Keep the warehouse organized and clean to optimize workflow and prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not strictly required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- License: Valid forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
