Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock counts.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Equipment Operation: Perform routine safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- License: Valid driver’s license and forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus.
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
