What You Will Do:
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Label, seal, and organize packages according to strict delivery standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Inspect goods for damage or defects before and after packing.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
Responsibilities
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips to minimize errors.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak times.
- Operate powered industrial trucks and material handling equipment.
- Keep the work area organized and compliant with safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic math skills for weighing and pricing packages.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments.
