Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight onto and from trailers safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment provided by the company.
- Verify inventory counts and update records in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to ensure timely delivery.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (training provided on-site).
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work rotating shifts or overtime as needed.
