Responsibilities
- Move and Lift: Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Work in Varied Conditions: Perform duties in a climate-controlled environment or outdoor receiving areas depending on the role.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
