Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and dock areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse team to streamline supply chain processes and meet daily production targets.
- Keep the work area organized and clean to prevent accidents and hazards.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods with good physical stamina.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
