Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory while verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using warehouse management software.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Forklift certification is a plus but training can be provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
