Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect received goods for damages and ensure accurate counts against packing slips.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track stock levels and update inventory records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in the packaging and shipping of orders, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
