Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products by hand or using material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records using our management systems.
- Ensure all products are stored according to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Package and prepare shipments for timely delivery.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse and equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
