Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on proper procedures
- Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
- Prepare daily performance reports and metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Proficient in warehouse management software
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
